Yarn – Fiber Oils (White Oil Base)

Teks APlus W Series are high performance oils especially used for texturing polyester, polyamide, microflament and other continuous filament yarns and spinning filament yarns. Prevent the formation of electrostatic charges on the yarn thanks to its high antistatic feature. Increases fiber-fiber cohesion, balances optimally, prevents capillary breaks and minimizes friction, providing slippery and fullness to the yarn. It does not cause yellowing and corrosion. It is suitable for warping and provides perfect usage.

It has very high cleaning feature. Teks APlus W antisplash additive does not cause oil splashing at high speeds of the yarn.

Extraction can be made with petroleum ether or ethyl alcohol to determine the amount of Teks APlus W Series oils on fiber. It has high cleaning feature. It easily mixes with water and moves away from the yarn. Does not show high viscosity differences in temperature changes.

It does not cause corrosion and rust in the environments where it is used. Contains antimicrobial additives. It is extremely resistant to oxidation and pH changes.
